This review is from: Contour Butterfly 3 in 1 Massage Pillow (Health and Beauty) For using just to keep your heels off the bed, it's great. However, the battery container has to be pulled out of its glued in posistion in order to insert batteries (bad design) and the battery connections fall out and/or disconnect every time you move the pillow to a different position. This review is from: Contour Butterfly 3 in 1 Massage Pillow (Health and Beauty) This item is a piece of junk. I had a hard time opening the battery box. Once I did get it open and had put the batteries in, it was very hard to close. I gave it an extra push, and the batteries popped out, along with the springs, and the battery box itself got a crack in it. Thus, the massage is unusuable. The item is not worth the price. I have returned it for a refund.
