Pillow is fantastic. I can lay on it on my back or my side and my neck is supported by the pillow. This is the first pillow I've used that's actually supported my head and neck fully. It is a wonderful change from normal synthetic stuffed pillows, and down pillows always scratch and poke my face terribly. I've found that I haven't noticed having a hot head or neck when using this pillow, as I understand can sometimes happen with foam pillows. This has made my sleeping easier and longer. I wake up more refreshed than I used to, no longer with neck and upper back pain from old stuffed pillows. If you've never tried a Memory Foam pillow and sleep on your side or back give this a try, I've found it a huge improvement.

I thought I would try this pillow but it was much thinner with less support than my husbands. I think I will have to resort to finding one in a store that I can try out before I buy it.
