Once we got it out of it's airtight packaging it took on a new life. It's really a great pillow. I bought it for my husband who has been through multiple pillows in the past few years without finding one he likes. His biggest problem with this pillow is that I take it from him. So... we will be purchasing another soon.

It never inflated once it was removed from its wrappings, and the foam was broken into a number of hard pieces, like the foam had solidified, been compressed, and was destroyed in the process. The price seemed too good to be true, and now I know that it was too good to be true. Amazon should remove this product from their inventory.

They stink and when we put our head on the pillow it is too high up because the pillow is too fat. It is the most uncomfortable pillow I ever bought and also the most expensive.
