One of the annoyances of traveling is when the pillow in your hotel room doesn't suit me, and I realized it on the following day when I had strained neck--probably way too tired on the night before to realize that. So I had to bear with the discomfort on my neck in the next few days. That's enough to make my vacation less fun.
I tried this travel pillow last week and felt happy that this pillow suits me well.
+ Great foam material. It allows my head to sink in a little bit, and support my neck comfortably.
+ Perfect contour for back sleeper as well as side sleeper. I tried both ways and the pillow felt equally great.
+ The two 'bulges' are not of the same size so I can choose the one that fits my neck/shoulder well.
+ The white sleeve is removable and machine-washable.
+ Compact size. It can easily fit in a cabin luggage the next time I fly. To save space, this pillow can even be placed in a vacuum zip bag to be compressed.

That's the only downside.
However it does squish down (flat) and fit in the front pocket of my carryon bag. It also works great in a spacebag if you need to haul it around after your flight.
The foam isn't traditional "dense" memory foam, it is softer and very lightweight-- which makes it ideal for travel b/c it's not heavy.
Very comfortable, and wide enough to use in a hotel room if you need to.
I have a Sleep Innovations memoryfoam pillow from Target that has held up well for 3 years, so I am hoping this one will too.
Overall great product, if you can find a place to store it.

First I have to say that I was super excited to get this pillow because it arrived just before we made a seven hour trip to NC. It is extremely comfortable. The memory foam is amazing and the outside liner is very soft.
I usually feel like my pillows are too flat when I'm traveling and I have to fold them up- this one is shaped perfectly to fit my neck so that isn't an issue. Great shape! I think that the pillow is a mesh between firm/soft- a happy medium. Though I find that most memory foam pillows are.
I really enjoyed this pillow- it was brilliant for a long car ride so I imagine it would be wonderful on any trip. And a couple pros that I haven't mentioned- One year warranty, machine washable, it can be used to separate your legs when sleeping on your side. (This, I wouldn't have realized, but my grandfather has to do this for his back and when he saw the pillow he was like that would be great for me!) Highly recommend this pillow!
