SUPPORTIVE, YET COMFORTABLE, October 16, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Oodles Standard Size 300 Thread-Count Cotton Quilted Oodles and Down Alternative Bed Pillow, White (Kitchen) I had previously ordered a number of these pillows from a home shopping network. When I needed to replace them they were no longer offered. ARRRGGGHHH! I looked in some of the major stores, checked their websites and pretty much lost hope. One day a lightbulb went off and I thought, why not do a search on Amazon.com? I often find things there I would not expect to. Much to my surprise and relief I found it available!!
You see this is the only pillow I can use. I have Degenerative Disc Disease in my neck and TMJ. Most pillows offered now, which may work for many people, are just TOO firm for me. There is no give so that they apply pressure to my jaw. I am a side sleeper and this can be a terrible problem.
This Oodles pillow solves all the problems for me. It is supportive for my neck, but yet feels like a feather pillow in that you can press it into whatever nooks and crannies you need. It makes a huge difference in my well being.

With family overseas they love to send amazon dollars and with them my 13 year old son quickly decided he wanted this exact pillow.
It came 2 days after ordering! He hugged it right out of the box with a HUGE smile and disappeared with it. I later heard my daughter (9) bargaining with him for a turn to put her head on it.
We have pillows, we have great pillows... but this one was special. My son loves it saying he's had the best sleep ever with it.
As a technical note, my son has dust allergies and this pillow hasn't bothered him at all. Rare for him. He also has routinely said his pillow gets too hot and this isn't a problem here.

Some were too soft after using them, or too hard etc. Nothing was comfortable, thus a lousy nights sleep. I would wake up with headaches all the time from these pillows. Then my Son bought me an Oodles pillow. It is the BEST PILLOW I have ever had. I just love it, and I tell my Son it was worth every penny. They may be a little more expensive, but worth the purchase.
My headaches are gone in the morning, and I have a good nights sleep. I would recommend this pillow to anyone that is having a problem with pillows. You won't regret it.
